Serve Colorado & The Youth Mentoring Collaborative would like to thank all presenters, sponsors, special guests, and attendees for making the 2012 Colorado Mentoring Symposium such a hit!  We had over 270 mentoring personnel from around the State of Colorado gather together to discuss "Best Practices" in Mentoring as well as the formation of a Statewide Partnership.  98% of all attendees said that they Symposium was a "slam dunk."

Quick Stats:

• Over 270 people attended the Symposium from around Colorado!  Participants ranged in background from mentoring personnel to school and college staff to youth development workers in general!  What a fabulous group!
• 16 break-out sessions were presented
• Keynote Speaker - Dr. Susan Weinberger, aka Dr. Mentor, flew in from Connecticut to be a part of this event!
• The Lt. Governor opened the day and his office supports a Statewide Partnership in Youth Mentoring!
• 5 door prizes given out, including a weekend stay in Breckenridge
• 19 agencies received scholarships
